Anna Mundell

When I started my development career I had no idea how fun this profession would be and how much I could eventually do myself to change people’s perceptions about giving and receiving.

My North American experience, coupled with my Italian roots, my current Swiss base and an awful lot of good UK knowledge accumulated over the years, have given me the confidence to be able to work in a variety of environments.

I feel very fortunate to be able to share the attributes I have always thought are key in this job: passion for the cause, empathy, and a lot of energy and enthusiasm to see change happen. If I look back I have Cornell to thank for having given me this terrific opportunity – and my husband for having chosen to do a PhD (I found the job in the development office to support him). I’ll always be grateful to Iain More too for the trust he showed in me during my early years in Europe.
