More philosophy

What do we believe in? First of all, we believe in a world where non-profits that improve the lives of others flourish and succeed. If we have a company “vision” this is it.

We believe that our own role is to partner with not-for-profit enterprises to secure the recognition and resources they deserve. It’s the purpose that drives everything we do. And it’s why “Partnership” is in our name. “More”, on the other hand, comes from the name of our founder, Iain More. But, as serendipity would have it, we also believe there should be more partnership (with small letters) in this world.

Also thanks to our founder, we have strong company values: insight and imagination; experience and empathy; optimism and pragmatism; generosity and integrity. They define our culture, the way we work and how we communicate.

We believe each of our clients is a unique mission. We become their partners in attracting the funding they need. They become our partners in making our vision of a thriving non-profit sector come true.

But if you want just one sentence about our philosophy… We believe in the power of philanthropy to create a better world – and in partnering with our clients as a force to make that happen.
