Audits are one of our specialities – and can help you to answer questions like these, usually with a view to improving your performance. Sometimes the audit is a prelude to launching a fundraising campaign, sometimes it’s needed mid-campaign. Other times, it’s triggered by a new fundraising priority, a change of organisational leadership or new opportunities.
