Success in leading development has become one of the central skills expected of Vice-Chancellors, Artistic Directors, Chief Executives and their senior management teams. And we know that the involvement of an organisation’s leaders is a key factor in fundraising success.

We regularly support senior development professionals by providing strategic counsel and support for organisational leaders, key volunteers and senior management teams on a range of fundraising-related matters. We run board-level sessions to explore the roles of different players in the development process and in fundraising, as well as the importance of vision and participation from the top down. We address issues of expectation and those relating to the creation, positioning and management of the development function.
