We are recruiting

10 April 2019

More Partnership is growing, and we are seeking to recruit a new member of our Business Coordination team.

Are you who we are looking for?

At More Partnership, we advance great ambitions. It’s why we’re here. We’re a fundraising consultancy helping organisations across the world to realise their vision and make change happen. The Business Coordination team drives activity in three key areas – Finance and Operations; Business Development; and Systems and IT – ensuring the smooth running of the company and enabling the consultant team to focus their energy on providing the best possible guidance and support to our clients.

Based in our Dundee office, the Executive Officer will be at the heart of the company in a busy, challenging and fast-moving environment. They will provide mainly administrative expertise to ensure the effective daily running of the firm while providing pro-active executive support to the Board and Executive Team. Responsibilities will be wide and varied – from leading our financial processes and administering critical aspects of HR; to coordinating arrangements for client feasibility studies and taking minutes at Board meetings.

The successful candidate will show high levels of professionalism, self-motivation and organisation, and an ability to manage complex issues effectively. You will have a proven ability to develop good working relationships and be an effective team player when the situation requires. You will have a high standard of literacy and an ability to draft correspondence, project plans, minutes, etc. You will have good knowledge of financial processing and systems and will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and other applications.

We are a thriving small company, tight knit and with a high degree of self-management and personal accountability. Our growth so far has come from recruiting highly talented individuals. As a result, recruitment is critically important to our future success and we take it very seriously.

We are open-minded about the career that the successful candidate has had to date. What we do know, is that they must have the attitude and aptitude to learn, bring joy to their work, and always seek to go beyond what’s expected of them.

Please find detailed information about our company, the role and our application process in this document. The deadline for applications is 5pm on 29th April. It is intended that interviews will take place on Friday 10th May in Dundee.
