Thom Hipwood joins More Partnership as Partner

We are delighted that fundraising and marketing leader Thom Hipwood began his role as Partner at More Partnership on 25th April 2022.
Thom joins the More Partnership community with extensive experience building and leading innovative teams to excel in fundraising. Dedicated to audience-centred approaches, he has built his craft over many years working internationally and across sectors - including in senior roles at King’s College London, University of Manchester, as Deputy Director at Monash University, and Associate Director at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity.
Over the last three years, Thom has made vital contributions to More’s impact as an Associate Partner in our partnerships with Barts Charity, the Victoria & Albert Museum, University College Dublin, the University of York, the University of Surrey and Balliol College, Oxford.
In his work across supporter journey mapping, mass fundraising strategies, case for support development, data insights and strategy recommendations, Thom is a relentless champion for inclusive working cultures. Driven by purpose, he is also Trustee at the Hummingbird Project Brighton, providing strategic advice to transform their philanthropy to improve services to young people seeking asylum.
