As an enthusiastic lifelong learner, I love trading book and article recommendations and discussing what the next “best practice” can and should be. I’m inspired by leaders who challenge themselves, admit mistakes, experiment (as well as commit), and act courageously, driven by core values. It’s a privilege to work with and learn from a wide range of clients, fellow consultants, and donors. I enjoy asking probing questions and collaboratively creating pragmatic, aspirational ways forward. I’m a details and data person and also a big-picture person: I enjoy connecting the dots between fundraising programmes, different departments, and other organisations to deliver the greatest collective impact.

I believe impactful work and strong relationships are built on assuming the best of each other, being reliable, and addressing issues that do come up compassionately and directly. We can achieve so much together for society with this simple foundation guiding our approach.
