Michaela Seeger has joined More Partnership as an Associate Partner

Michaela brings more than three decades of experience across education, business and the non-profit sector. Her career includes executive leadership roles at Zurich International School and the International School of Zug and Luzern, and she has also served as Managing Director of Wolf-Geraete in Switzerland.
She has made a long-standing contribution to the advancement profession globally. Michaela is a recipient of the CASE Distinguished Service Award and a CASE Laureate, and has served on the CASE Europe Board and the CASE Commission for Alumni. She is also Chair of the Board of the Aiglon College Association.
Michaela joins us at a time when schools and other mission-driven organisations are putting more focus on the decisions underneath fundraising: how ambition is governed, how priorities are held, and how responsibility for advancement is shared across leadership, board and teams.
